Description

APPLICATION:

The 3 way priority valve – excess to line is used to regulate and keep constant flow rate in one port (1 ) and send the excess flow to the second port (2), regardless of the pressure variation.

MOUNTING AND OPERATION:

Connect the actuator to 1 port and the power supply to 3 port.

Finally connect the output 2 to the second actuator or to the tank.

The flow passes through the 3 port and exits from 1 port at the desired flow value.

The excess flow, insensitive to the pressure variation, exits from 2 port and is available to be used for a second actuator or discharged to the tank.

To increase the flow of 1 port, loosen the hand wheel X and tighten the handweel Y. Vice versa unscrew to decrease
