Dear Customer / Supplier, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter “Regulation” and in relation to personal data that Our concern Company, as data controller, following the existing contracts wishes to provide you with the following information.
1. Data controller
The Data Controller of the GDPR is PIOTTI OLEODINAMICA S.R.L, with registered office in Albizzate, Via V. Veneto, 3, 21041.
2. Data Protection Manager
The Data Protection Manager is Mr. Ernesto Piotti, domiciled at the Company headquarters (hereinafter the ” Owner”) .
3. Purpose of data processing
The data held by the Company concern the contractual relationship existing between the Company and third parties.
The treatment may be carried out for the pursuit of the following purposes:
a) Administrative / accounting / commercial purposes: (e.g. management of contracts, orders, invoices, payments, disputes…)
b) Commercial and communication purposes: (e.g. newsletter and / or other initiatives communications concerning the services and / or services provided by the Company to third parties in the context of contractual relationships existing)

The personal data collected can be communicated to the subjects having the right of access; to our collaborators within their respective duties; to natural and / or legal persons, public and / or private when communication is necessary to the performance of our business and in the ways and for the purposes illustrated.
5.Transfer of personal data abroad
The data controller has no intention of making a transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations beyond outside the European Union.
6.Period of retention of personal data
The retention of personal data for tax purpose is governed by the time limit of the tax regulations currently in force.
