The priority valves are used to regulate the oil flow within a circuit. The flow passes through the valve, exiting the second port maintaining the desired flow rate value, the excess flow exiting through the third port to be discharged to the tank (priority valve with tank discharge) or ball line and therefore be available for a second actuator (priority valve with discharge to the line).
