Returns and complaints form

In the case of returning goods, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

  • Complete the form in its entirety by clicking the appropriate link at the bottom of this page
  • Fields marked with an asterisk are MANDATORY;
  • After filling out you will receive a confirmation e-mail with which a registration number will be assigned (we recommend that you also check your spam box)
  • The Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l. warehouse is not authorized to accept goods without first having approved the return procedure by the management .

Products returned for warranty repair:

  • The return of goods must be expressly authorized by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l.
  • The costs of returning goods to the supplier are borne by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l. (in the event that the returned products are not covered by the warranty, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs).
  • If the malfunction of the goods is attributable to incorrect use by the customer, or to tampering, the costs relating to the analysis of the goods, management of the file and transport will be charged.
  • Returned goods must be returned intact without having been disassembled or tampered with.
  • The costs of returning repaired or replaced goods are borne by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l if there are no other orders in progress, otherwise the repaired goods will be sent together with any shipment already in progress.
  • The costs of returning unrepaired goods due to incorrect use or tampering, will be charged to the customer if there are no other orders in progress, otherwise the unrepaired goods will be sent together with any shipment already in progress.

Products returned for out-of-warranty repairs:

  • The return of goods must be expressly authorized by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l.
  • The costs of returning goods to the supplier are charged to the customer.
  • If, following the appropriate tests, the products declared by the customer as non-compliant should prove to be suitable and without defects or, in the event that the malfunction is attributable to incorrect use and / or storage by the customer (presence of dust , dirt and / or unsuitable chemicals … etc) or tampering, the costs relating to the analysis of the goods and the management of the file will be charged.
  • The returned goods must be returned intact without having been disassembled or tampered with.
  • The costs of returning the goods repaired by the supplier to the customer’s home will be charged to the customer if there are no other orders being processed, otherwise the repaired goods will be sent together with any shipment already in progress.

“Standard” products returned following an order error of the customer 1 :

  • The return of goods must be expressly authorized by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l.
  • The costs of returning goods to the supplier are charged to the customer.
  • The return of the goods can be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
  • The returned goods must be returned intact without having been disassembled or tampered with and never used.
  • The return will be managed by sending, at the customer’s expense, goods for an amount of equal value.
  • The costs of returning goods replaced by the supplier to the customer’s home will be charged to the customer.

“Non-standard” products 2 returned after a malfunction:

  • The return of goods must be expressly authorized by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l.
  • Return costs are borne by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l.
  • The return of the goods can be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
  • If, following the appropriate tests, the products declared by the customer to be non-compliant, should prove to be suitable and without defects, or in the event that the malfunction is attributable to incorrect use and / or storage by the customer (presence of dust, dirt and / or unsuitable chemicals … etc) or tampering, the costs related to the analysis of the goods and the management of the file will be charged.
  • The costs of returning goods if replaced or repaired will be borne by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l, if free from flaws and defects, borne by the customer.

  • Return costs are borne by Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l.
  • The returned goods must be intact, without having been used or disassembled.
  • The merchandise will be 100% credited.

Piotti Oleodinamica S.r.l. , following the request made that will be received, will contact customers to inform them about the outcome of the tests and inspections and therefore how to close the file (eg repair under warranty, repair at cost, credit and relative percentage of credit).
