Description

APPLICATION:

The use of compact double pilot check valve is to block a cylinder in both directions and make it insensitive to external forces.

This version is particularly suitable when there is limited space between the cylinder ports thanks to the cylinder stud mounting.

MOUNTING AND OPERATION:

Connect the C1 and C2 ports to the actuator and V1 and V2 to the power supply.

The flow is free from V1 to C1 , supplying the actuator connected to it.

At the same time the pilot opens the check valve on the C2 port, allowing the return of the flow towards V2.

The opposite operation is obtained when pressure flow passes from V2 to C2.
