Description

APPLICATION:

The use of double pilot check valve is to block a cylinder in both directions. This version is particularly suitable for mounting on hydraulic cylinders.

MOUNTING AND OPERATION:

Connect the C1 and C2 ports to the actuator and the V1 and V2 ports to the power supply.

The flow passes free from V1 to C1 supplying the connected cylinder.

At the same time, the internal pilot opens the relief on the opposite port C2 and allows the return of the free flow towards V2.

Supplying V2, the opposite operation is obtained.

Non standard pilot ratio – 0.5 and 6 bar Springs – No O-Ring on the pilot – Special treatments – Stainless steel version.
