The use of single pilot check valve with bypass is to block a cylinder in one directions and make it insensitive to external forces.
The flow in the reverse direction occurs with a pilot command.
The hand lever allows to exclude or power the actuator.
This version is widely used in lorry cranes because they are very reliable.
MOUNTING AND OPERATION:
Connect V2 with the actuator and V1 with the power supply.
The other port of the actuator and the pilot command can be connected indifferently with C1 and C2.
With the lever in position 1 : supplying V1 , the flow is free fromV1 to V2.
Supplying C1 or C2 indifferently, the actuator is released and returns to the starting position.
With the lever in position 2, the valve and the cylinder are isolated from the system.
