Description

APPLICATION:

The dual cross over relief valve line type is made with two pressure relief valves cartridge.

The use of this valve is to limit the pressure on both lines.

It is used as anti-shock valves and to adjust the two branches of a circuit with different pressure values.

MOUNTING AND OPERATION:

Connect an actuator and a power supply to V2 port and an actuator and an power supply to V1 port.

The pressure at V2 port connects the actuator while excess pressure is released to V1 port.

Valve 1 is used to adjust the maximum pressure on ports V2.

Vice versa, the same operation is obtained for the V1 outputs by acting on the valve 2. The pressure regulation is sensitive to possible counter pressures on the tank line.

The adjustment operation must only be carried out within the setting range of the spring.
