Description

APPLICATION:

The dual cross relief valve is made with two pressure relief valves.

The use of this valve is to limit the pressure on both connecting lines.

MOUNTING AND OPERATION:

Connect an actuator and the power supply to V1 port and an actuator and the power supply to V2 port.

The pressure at V2 port connects the actuator while excess pressure is released to V1 port.

Valve 1 is used to adjust the maximum pressure on ports V2.

The pressure of the V1 port can be measured by replacing the cap M1 with a pressure gauge.

Vice versa, the same operation is obtained for the 2 outputs by acting on the valve 2.

The pressure regulation is sensitive to possible counter pressures on the tank line.

The adjustment operation must only be carriedout within the setting range of the spring.
